Alternatives to Extractions and Surgery

These photographs show a case where a patient came to us for a second opinion, after having had two teeth extracted and advice that jaw surgery was appropriate treatment to correct this child's malocclusion. Using arch expansion and the myobrace, a pleasing aesthetic result has been achieved and the patient is happy with the outcome.
